Paris - A local woman reports being ‘kind of ok with’ the results of her customer service call placed to French national telecom giant FrancoCom. “The connection was decent, my question was answered relatively promptly, and my waiting time was only around 5-10 minutes. I re-explained the situation only 3 times to 3 different people.
